  • Mentoring (pairing with professionals, role models, or trained peer mentors).

  • Community impact projects (design and run real social impact initiatives).

  • Career guidance (CV clinics, interview prep, university/workplace readiness).

  • Confidence sessions (finding your voice, resilience, handling challenges).

Outcome: Young adults gain clarity of direction, career confidence, and leadership experience by making real impact in their community.

Age Group: 26–35

Programme Name: “Impact”
(Lead with purpose, influence with impact)

Focus: Mature leadership development, professional growth, and community influence.
Activities:

  • Advanced leadership seminars (vision building, influencing, leading teams, social innovation).

  • Mentorship roles (supporting younger age groups while receiving coaching themselves).

  • Community/social enterprise projects (designing long-term initiatives with measurable impact).

Programme Name: “Reset”
(A new start, a stronger future)

Age: 15–25

Target: Young people with mental health challenges, anti-social behaviour, other behaviour problems, and care leavers 

Focus: Safe space for rebuilding, healing, and stepping into growth.
Activities:

  • Trauma-informed mentoring (trained mentors with lived experience + professional support).

  • Confidence & resilience workshops (self-esteem, managing emotions, positive identity).

  • Life skills training (money management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making).

  • Personal development (goal setting, building vision for the future).

  • Career pathways (help into education, training, apprenticeships, or employment).

  • Community projects (building responsibility, positive peer influence, giving back).

Outcome: Participants find stability, purpose, and support to move away from negative patterns and build a brighter future.

Our Executive Leadership Programme is designed for professionals in the corporate settings, community leaders and those leading in some form or another. Mentorship is a vital component of personal and professional growth. Our Mentoring Program pairs participants with experienced professionals from various industries. These mentors provide invaluable insights, advice, and support, helping mentees navigate their career paths and overcome challenges. The program fosters a nurturing environment where mentees can learn from the experiences of their mentors, gain new perspectives, and build lasting professional relationships.
