Our work focuses on four core areas:

  Providing mentoring, guidance, and pathways into meaningful and sustainable careers.

• Work Experience
  Connecting young people with practical opportunities to build skills and explore future career options.

• Social Projects
  Engaging young people in community-focused initiatives that foster responsibility, advocacy, and positive change.

 

Supporting Vulnerable Young People

At NXT Leaders, we are deeply committed to reaching young people who face barriers that often hold them back. This includes:

• Young people displaying anti-social behaviours

• Young people facing mental health challenges

• Care-leavers navigating independence and future opportunities

Through peer mentoring and tailored programmes, we help these young people make better choices, reshape their futures, and access real opportunities for work, education, and leadership.

Our goal is not just to help them make a difference — but to be the difference in their communities and their own lives.

Our mission is simple: to shape the future of young people by creating opportunities, providing support, and giving clarity of purpose. We want every young person — regardless of background or challenge — to feel empowered to succeed in life, education, and career, while contributing positively to their communities.

 

Partnerships

We work collaboratively with VCSE organisations (voluntary organisations, charities, and social enterprises), community groups, Further and Higher Education institutions, local councils, and private organisations to deliver programmes that matter.
